Business Law

Business Law

How does the law come to govern and structure the banking organization so that it can best protect everyone's interests?

“Without a common language

business cannot be

(Confucius)

Business law is one of the transverse branches of private law relating to a set of rights relating to business affairs such as contract law, commercial lease law, commercial law, intellectual property, company law , commercial procedure, tax law, criminal law, consumer law, etc. It regulates the activity of traders and manufacturers in the exercise of their professional activity. It also defines occasional commercial acts produced by non-commercial persons. Business law is therefore a broad law itself containing other branches of law, but has a single purpose: to govern and supervise the activity of the company.
